| We are constantly working on the improvement of the server, but in order to do so, we need to know first hand, what is wrong with it.
This area is for the report of bugs, crashes or other technical errors within Lineage 2 Zodiac.
The rules of forum posting also apply here, with a few exceptions: - The titles of your post must clearly represent your problem;
Posts with Subjects such as "Problem" or "GM plz help", will automatically get deleted.
- Be precise, clear and thorough with your reports;
Always specify your PC, OS, Video Card, etc., that you might think is important.
- You may use images as an aid to your reports, but keep in mind to post them as thumbnails and not as full view images, for better and faster response;
- Before posting, be sure to re-step your actions and think about what you’ve done wrong;
- Before posting, make a search of your problem, maybe the answer you seek is already posted, saving us both a lot of time and effort.
Posts with the same problem and that have already been answered, will automatically be deleted.
- The lost of items via trade are not of our responsability, and therefore does not count as Technical Problem.
You may email us with the information about the trade, taking special atention if there is proof of the "bad trade", via screenshot, though we will not give you the item(s), we will take another action, and the person that did wrong will be flagged.
